The Clubhouse at Palmetto, the exterior covered Pavilion and grounds offer a variety of options for casual, formal or business events. Whether you’re planning a personal event like a wedding, luncheon, or ball or you’re in charge of a business meeting or conference, our event planner is ready to provide the space you need.
This second floor ballroom, accessible by the staircase or a small elevator, accommodates up to 100 at round tables for seated events. It features tasteful furnishings, overhead AV, sound system, use of catering kitchen on 1st floor with dumb waiter access to second floor serving kitchen, use of bar (if required), restroom facilities, elevator access, exterior balcony access.
Small dining functions are easily accommodated in the Dining Room, which is adjacent to the catering kitchen. This room features access to the patio access and is just steps from the Palmetto Pavilion and from Grumpy’s II. The Dining Room Dining accommodates 24 people.
Gatherings for beverages and hors d’oeuvres or canapes will be a hit at our pub, Grumpy’s II. With easy access to the patio and adjacency to both Dining Room and the Conference Room, it’s an excellent setting for small gatherings. Grumpy’s offers table seating for 14 and seating at the bar for 7.
This large meeting room accommodates 26 with classroom style seating at narrow tables. AV equipment and sound system amenities are included with this room.
Adjacent to Grump’s and also accessible to the hallway, this first floor small meeting room offers conference style table and chairs, accommodates gatherings of up 12 and a table for a buffet style meal if desired. It includes the use of the catering kitchen. It can be combined with the Classroom or Ballroom for break-out rooms or exhibits.
This first floor small meeting room can be set up with a table and chairs for 6 people if requested. It is included in wedding rentals as a bridal party dressing room. It’s also perfect as a break-out room for conference exhibits.
This small lounge is included in wedding rentals as a dressing room for groomsmen. It is also suitable as a conference break-out room and has a table and 4 chairs.
An excellent setting for outside events is the Palmetto Pavilion and the surrounding park. The Pavilion includes a covered area and adjacent restrooms as well as a large fenced-in hard surface area with lawn. This space has easy access to the Dining Room and Grumpy’s II when an event requires both inside and exterior space. The pavilion has seating for 24 guests. It’s also a great location for outside catering.
